Roger A. Wingerter
Former CEO and Chairman of the Board, contributes over fifty years of practical experience in various fields of engineering, materials testing and inspection services to WINGERTER LABORATORIES INCORPORATED. He has supervised and performed many technical functions including construction of Transportation Facilities and Structures, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Facilities, Water Treatment Facility maintenance and repair, post tensioning installation troubleshooting and repair and precast and reinforced concrete failure analysis and repair. He is considered an expert in concrete and concrete materials testing and possesses extensive knowledge of testing procedures and laboratory operations. Mr. Wingerter was founding board of director member for Construction Materials Education Council (CMEC) and served as co-founder of the Florida Concrete Products Association (FCPA). Roger is also well known for his community involvement with the Rotary Club of Miami and the Greater Miami YMCA where he currently serves as a member of the board of directors.
